RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please print the return form. Return this form with the merchandise. Include all correspondence inside the package. Please, no separate letters. Clearly print on the outside of the box the original order number. If you do not have this number please contact us to obtain this information (A confirmation e-mail should have included the original order number). 2. Merchandise must be returned unworn within 15 days upon receipt of
shipment for credit minus the restocking fee. No credit or exchanges given
for returns after 15 days. Wear test the shoes on the carpet to ensure
proper fit. No worn shoes will be accepted unless they are defective from
manufacturing.
3. Return merchandise either in its original shipping carton or a well
constructed box. Do not alter the shoe box by adding tape or marking on it.
4. Returns and Exchanges, a fee will be charged for each pair of shoes
returned of $5 or a 20% restocking fee which ever is greater. This fee covers
the cost of restocking the merchandise.
We will refund you the purchase price minus a
restocking fee.
5. The customer is responsible for return postage, unless the merchandise
was received defective or due to our shipping error.

Please allow a minimum of 14
days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We’ll credit or
refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged.
Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles.
7. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery and handling fees placed on catalog or online orders. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped from the manufacturer, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
